(一)服务承诺

1、坚决贯彻执行《人民共和 国 产 品质 量法》、《人民 共和国消费者 权益保护法》及《部分商品修理、更换、退货责 2、设立服务咨询、投 诉热线（工作时间：周一至周五8:30-17:30）。

3、消费者报装、报修后与消费    者预约确定上门服务时间，原则上预约后市区24小时内，郊区48小时内上门服务（消费者要求另订时间的除外）；

根据《人民共和国消费者权益保护法》，《人民共和国产   =量法》以及《部分商品修理更换退货责任规定》的有关要求，消费者购买产品后按照如下规定享受三 包服务服务。

保修期间是免费维修的。但是-如果出现以=下情况需要收费维修：

1、无包修凭证及有效或有效购买凭证的；

2、有效凭证、包修凭证不符或涂改的；

3、消费者因使用、维护、保管不当造成损坏的；

4、因不可抗拒  的自然灾害或使用 环境恶劣造成损坏的；

5、处理品、已超过包修期的； 

非的特约服务网点所安= 装、维修造  成损坏的（包括消费者自行安装或拆动维修的）。

不属于免费服务范围的提醒说明

无法出示三包凭证；

三包凭证（含）型号与维修型号不符或者涂改的；

消费者因使用、维护、保管不当造成损失的；

未经我公司许可，自行修理或非承担三包修理者拆动造成的损失；

超过三包有效期，经修复仍可继续使用；

因不可抗力造成损害的；

非服务商拆动造成损坏的；符合 以上   情况，如用户同意交费，网点可为用户提供有偿服务，收费应按公司规定的收费指导价格标准执行。

售后维修注意事项

一、通过查询正规售后

消费者在选择售后维修服务时，不管是否在 = 保质期内，都要所购品牌的服务网点，不要轻信制冷搜索出来的所谓“维修”，因为“李鬼”维修点经常打着“品牌”旗号，用

逼真的“假”网站忽悠消费者。

网上的400电话也不一定是品牌家电的客服热线。消费 = 者应从洗衣机说明书或售后服务手册上查联系方式，或直接联系电器经营者为消费者

提供维修人员电话。

二、查询维修企业营业执照

消费者在选择家电维修企业时，应事先查验该家电维修企业是否具有营业执照，是否具备相关资质。消费者可以登录国家企业信用信息公示系统或小程序，查询企业营业执照和相关信用

记录。

三、查看维修人员是否正规

正规售后维修人员上门时，一般会着公司统一服装、佩戴工作牌，以便接受监督。消费者要查看维修人员的工作证、工单和维修单据等信息，如对维修人员身份有质疑，可致电家电连锁企业

品牌售后来核实其身份。

四、了解维修项目收费标准

确认维修企业和维修人员身份之后，要详细了解有关维修项目的收费标准以及能否出具正规等事项，必要时可向客服寻求技术支持，并了解的价格收费标准。在了解清楚之前，

不要着急付款。谨防各类“维修、过度维修”。部分//不良商家会在维修过程中虚构故障，借此抬高维修费用，或者维修配件以次充好或谎称进口材料，借机收取高昂费用。

五、索取并留存好维修凭证

售后维修企业在提供维修服务时，应当向消费者提供维修服务凭证和收费，维修服务凭证应如实填写维修服务项目、维修详细情况等内容。而“李鬼”维修点大多是个人，所以无法提供
